Anowon just doesn't feel like a good commander for mill, it seems more incidental. To commit to the mill strategy I would rather build around Phenax or Bruvac. I've had much more success in games now that Anowon is fully committed to the sneaky rogue beatdown strategy. I felt that it was hard to focus on rogue synergy and mill synergy and I would often get shut down and killed because I didn't have the right mill pieces or the right rogue pieces in play to be 100% effective.
